Data deletion
Outfit Check lets you delete your account and all associated data directly from the app. This page explains how to do it and what gets removed.
Delete from the app
Open the app, go to the About screen, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes:
- Your anonymous account and user id.
- All credits and purchase history.
- All verdict history stored on our servers.
This action cannot be undone. Any unused credits or active subscription entitlements will be lost.
Request deletion by email
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can send a request to outfit-check@baansoftware.com. Include any details that help us locate your account, such as your purchase receipt or the approximate date you started using the app. We will process your request within 7 days.
What is not affected
Deletion does not cancel an active subscription with Apple or Google. You should cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings before deleting your account.
